An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a world renowned consultancy in the Building Services team in Central London. You will be working on New Build, Commercial and Transportation projects based around South England.

Key responsibilities:
– Project Manage small to large scale projects (valued up to £25,000,000)
– Work closely with clients to establish a clear project brief, goals and deliverables
– Provide direction to the support team
– Monitor and report progress of the project
– Assist with business development and tenders

The ideal candidate will have:

– PRINCE 2 of MAPM qualification, or capable of achieving the qualification within 12 months
– Experience, working either as a client, consultant or contractor, in public and/or private sector environments
– Excellent knowledge and understanding of construction contracts and processes
