Procurement firm plans to double size

A procurement services company is planning to double size its energy division.
Inprova has already combined two energy brokers, ENER-G Procurement and energyTEAM, which bought in April this year.
They are part of a new division to deliver services and value to customers in the UK and overseas including procurement and associated services such as bureau, market intelligence and risk management.
It will also be building capability and capacity in the delivery of wider energy related services including water consultancy.
The firm stated it is planning further acquisitions in the future, including energy market companies and procurement technology firms.
