The government has published its Energy Security Strategy in a bid to tackle soaring energy prices and cut the UK’s reliance on energy imports.

More offshore wind and nuclear energy are among the key takeaways of the new energy plan that aims to build low carbon capacity able to cover 95% of Britain’s energy needs by 2030.
