I joined Power Direct Ltd in 2008 my background is in process and people in the context of business improvement. After a year of running Power Direct on my own I employed my first employee since then we have expanded to be 14 (soon to be 16). In 2012 we bought the business of Budget Control UK which specialises in dealing with the care sector. We still operate Budget Control as a trading name but it shares all the key values of Power Direct Ltd. I was part of the ofgem working group that looked at regulation options and view some form of regulation as an opportunity we can’t afford to miss.
